I am the Packing Supervisor and Packaging Machine Operator.

HOW DID YOU GET HERE?

Eden Organic Pasta Company (Schmidt Noodle back in 1986) found me through my dad, Larry Lane. My dad worked in the warehouse and as a delivery person. My plan was to work for a year or two – now almost 21 years later I'm still here.

FAVORITE EDEN ORGANIC PASTA?

Kamut Spaghetti, Kamut Spirals, Vegetable Shells/Spirals, Parsley Garlic Ribbons

FAVORITE WAY TO COOK EDEN PASTA?

My personal recipe: 1 Bag of Kamut Spirals cooked according to taste, drain and add 1 cup cherry tomatoes and 3oz each of sliced black and green olives. Season to taste with garlic and salt. Add 16oz Italian salad dressing. Toss to coat. Serve cold. For a tasty variation 1 cup of shredded cheese can be added.

ON A PERSONAL NOTE...

I enjoy doing different kinds of crafts. I don't collect anything but my family and friends think I do. For example, cats, blankets, comforters, sheets, pillows, clocks, picture frames, rugs, PJ's, robes, slippers, gloves ... it goes on and on. I don't have the heart to tell them I have enough so I guess in a round-about way, I am a collector. I love all of the cat gifts I get. I have two cats, Tooter and Gracie and many cat-themed items. I want to retire to North Carolina and one day live with my niece/daughter, Melissa.
